  Service is great but the downfalls of this starbucks is that the temperature in the building is always frigid that i almost need 2 sweatshirts to not be cold. Another downfall is that the music is so loud that it is hard to study because all i can hear is the music, cant even hear myself think. Very distracting and not helpful for the average college student to study.

  The people are so nice.
  The only problem I have is because I'm a frequent customer with my group of friends. We often get Frappuccinos and with them, we accumulated a lot of platic cups.
  It would be nice if they would allow customers to bring their cups back the next time they / we want to get the same thing in the same size.
  We recycle the cups, but why should we have to use the resources that it takes to recycle all of the cups when we could bring them back to use?

  Great coffee shop for a Starbucks, there's not much else to say. Staff is polite, and it's usually not too crowded.
